Book a Semi-Private Party

We book semi-private events in our Indoor Semi-Private Dining Room and Outdoor Beer Garden (Spring through Fall, closed Winter). We ask that all inquiries be submitted at least one week in advance.

 

*Specialty Weekends such as Holidays and Graduations may have an increased Event Fee*

*We do not book private parties on K-State home football weekends due to high traffic. Thanks for understanding!*

All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. The listed fee covers the initial 2-hour minimum. For bookings longer than 2 hours, the rate increases proportionally based on the 2-hour fee. For example, the fee will be divided by 2 to calculate an hourly rate, which is then added for each additional hour.

We offer flexible food options for your event, including full menu, a limited event menu, or a buffet (groups of 40 or more).

FAQs

Can I reserve more than one section? Yes, you can reserve up to two sections (excluding the main patio). When filling out the inquiry form, select one section in the drop down and list the other in the additional information.

Is the event fee required up front? Yes, it's required upon signing the contract (within 7 days of being sent).

What happens if it rains (for outdoor events)? The Event Host will be fully refunded the event fee or can reschedule the event based on availability.

Can I bring my own cake? Yes, but it must be pre-approved and holds a $15 fee. The Event Host must bring own cake cutting supplies and will be held liable for any mess created.

Can I bring my own décor? Yes, but it must be pre-approved. The Event Host must be responsible for setting up and taking down within scheduled time. No glitter or décor that creates holes allowed.

  • Pavilion

    Our versatile, covered pavilion located in the Beer Garden is raised and includes convenient wheelchair ramp access. It features movable tables for flexible layouts and can accommodate a variety of setups. A/V equipment is available upon request, making it perfect for presentations or slideshows.

  • Semi-Private Dining Room

    Our only indoor space, the Semi-Private Dining Room offers a comfortable setting year-round. It includes five tables; when spaced out, seat up to 20 total guests, or when arranged in community-style, up to 16 total guests. A/V equipment is available upon request, making it perfect for presentations or slideshows.

  • Main Patio

    The largest section available located in the Beer Garden, the Main Patio features 12 tables with partial umbrella shade. Video equipment is available upon request, making it perfect for presentations or slideshows without audio.

  • Fire Pits

    Our cozy Fire Pit area located in the Beer Garden features five fire pits total - three smaller and two larger firepits, seating up to 28 comfortably. Video equipment is available upon request, making it perfect for presentations or slideshows without audio.

  • Barrel Tables

    This space located in the Beer Garden features four high-top whiskey barrel tables. Set on a concrete pad, this area offers partial umbrella shade for comfort and atmosphere. It’s the only section in the Beer Garden available for groups under 20.

  • Cornhole Tables

    This space located in the Beer Garden includes four tables with partial umbrella shade, located next to our cornhole games. While the tables can be booked for your group, the cornhole games themselves remain open to the public and are not included in the booking.
